摘要:AbstractIn this work a tuning procedure by means of multi-objective optimization techniques is used for a refrigeration system based on vapour compression, stated as the benchmark process control challenge organized by the IFAC Conference on Advances in Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) Control. The advantage of such a procedure lies in the capacity to perform an analysis on the trade-off among conflicting design objectives. The resulting controller fulfills the requirements of the contest, and gets and overall performance index of 0.4028 outperforming the base line controller.
