  • 摘要:The main purpose of this study is to find out the impact of extrinsic rewards on employees’ performance Primary data was collected through spreading questionnaire among employees working in the banking industry the questions were pertaining to Salary, working conditions and performance bonuses. Data was analyzed through SPSS by applying different tests. In the end it was concluded that Salary and working conditions impact the employee performance. It can help the employers to focus on these factors to motivate employees.
