  • 摘要:The purpose of this research is to focus on supervisor support and organizational support factors that facilitate organizational commitment among downsizing survivors to reduce high attrition. This is a causal study in which data was collected from 300 employees of Telecommunication Sector of Pakistan who survived after downsizing. By using regression and correlation analysis, it was found out that both supervisor support and organizational support can help in organizational commitment among survivors. Further the supervisory support mediates the relationship between organizational support and organizational commitment.
