摘要：This paper provides an outline of disaster waste management from a technological and administrative point of view based on recording and compiling many relevant facts with regard to disaster waste manage- ment for the Great East Japan Earthquake, and then proposes a basic framework for designing future disaster waste management systems. The information and proposals provided are expected to be helpful in preparation for future mega disasters.
