摘要：The creation of the Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in 2010 resulted in changes not only in trade between Member States but also with third countries. The introduction of a uniform tariff, a common customs code, standardization of health, veterinary and phytosanitary requirements as well as unification of quality standards in relation to goods imported from third countries - is one of the most important effects of the customs union. These solutions have brought significant benefits to foreign exporters. However, despite the advantages and disadvantages are also solutions that can contribute to the weakening of trade with the countries of the Customs Union. This can be seen in the actions of Russia, which wants to protect its own market in particular. The article by examining documents and legal acts indicates the benefits and risks for foreign exporters.
