摘要:The current study aims to investigate the relationship among teachers’ critical thinking, self-actualization and job performance. For the purpose of the study, the sample included 60 Iranian EFL teachers all of whom were chosen from among different language institutes in Ardabil city of Iran. Three instruments were used including Honey’s Critical Thinking Questionnaire, Personal Orientation Inventory (POI) by Shostrom and Job performance questionnaire. The questionnaires were scored and analyzed by SPSS software. As the design of the study, it was ex post fact correlation alone; therefore, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient was run in order to determine the relationship between variables. The findings indicated significant, positive correlations among all scales and subscales. Regression analysis was also run to measure the extent to which the predictor variable can predict the response variable.
