摘要：Escherichia coli serotypes in water and fish (Schizothorax niger) samples of Dal Lake in autumn (2010),winter (2010-11) and spring (2011) seasons were analysed. A total of 108 isolates from water and fish wererecovered. The predominant serotype in water was O8 (16.66%), followed by O25 (14.81%) and O140(10.37%) and of fish, serotype O68 (18.87%), followed by O84 (13.20%). Serotypes O78, O86, O153, O84,O68 and O25, known for their association with human and animal diseases, were isolated from both fish andwater samples..
