摘要：The article is based on a technical opinion that specifies the causes of a construction disaster within an industrial hall that occurred after torrential rain. This article describes the condition before the disaster, provides an analysis of legislation along with a commentary on the analysis of provided materials, in particular - stormwater drainage installation projects from before and after the modernization of the roof - as well as a summary and conclusions.
