摘要：With the development of new integrated systemsin the majority of engineering fields the tendency to substi-tute conventional mechanisms by the ones operating onnew concepts and principles prevails. One group of suchmechanisms (vibroactuators or piezoelectric actuators) isbased on smart material application [1-3]. Smart materialbased sensors and actuators are especially convenient forthe use as components of mechatronic systems becausethey are of simple structure and easily electronically con-trolled components.
