摘要:A reliable evaluation of structural integrity be-comes especially important at design, manufacture andservice stages in objects of increased risk. The analysis ofstandard structures and estimation of their functionality fora resource period usually are performing by regulationsand norms, which are based on the huge theoretical andpractical experience [1-3]. These regulations and normshowever cannot be easily applied to items of unique struc-ture without additional detailed and comprehensive analy-sis [4, 5]. This is why at present it is allocated to work ofdevelopment and improvement of structure strength pre-diction methodologies and technologies. Such activitytakes place in different areas such as civil engineering,transportation, power industry and others [6, 7].
