摘要：Precision of determining the real position of thecalibrated scale depends highly on microscope stability [1].To increase resolution power and sensitivity of a micro-scope, optical schema and structure of its precise lengthcomparators are constantly improved by minimizing boththe impact of external disturbances on repeated measure-ments and microscope drifts, especially those circum-stanced by temperature fluctuations.
