  • 摘要:The part-to-part alignment in assembly positionpredetermines the reliability of the automated assembly.Promising are vibratory methods of the alignment, basedon various locating techniques of the parts and differentways of vibratory excitation. One of the being assembledparts may be excited by the low frequency vibrations,causing the part to vibrate like a solid body, or elastic vi-brations of the part may be forced. The piezoelectric vibra-tors are used to excite the elastic vibrations [1, 2]. Theelectromagnetic or pneumatic vibrators may be used tocause the part to vibrate as a solid body.
