摘要：The article considers network trafc as an aggregation of information flows from typical information objects,which can include apartment buildings, student campuses, ofce centers, sports and entertainment facilities ofgeneral use, etc. The study showed that the amount of information transferred by the TCP protocol signifcantlyexceeds (by orders of magnitude) the amount of information transferred by the UDP protocol, which illustrates theaverage daily trafc graph of the amount of information transferred by the TCP and UDP protocols. The methodsof trafc analysis were considered, the most signifcant characteristics of trafc were determined.
