摘要：The main impetus of this study is to test empirically the antecedents of users’ satisfaction on e-money adoption. Trust has been considered as a major concern for this study, which then stimulates system quality and user’s participation. This study uses quantitative approach through an online survey of 117 e-money users in Indonesia. The tool of analysis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The result of this study revealed that high level of trust when followed by system quality and participation being a stimulant for higher level of users’ satisfaction.
