  • 摘要:The shape and size of aneurysms were quantified usingan ellipsoidal equation and a new procedure was proposed toevaluate the mechanical stress associated with changes in the wallthickness due to aneurysm dilation and blood pressure. Theaneurysm rupture risk (ARR) can be assessed quantitativelyfrom stiffness and strength of the patient using changes indiameter of the common carotid artery (CCA) with ultrasonicimaging. APR can also be derived from the natural frequency ofbrachial artery wall oscillations or the external ear canal side ofthe superficial temporal artery (STA) with the pulsation. Byusing this method of digitizing the risk of aneurysm rupture andits related information, it is possible to save clinical data aroundthe world as big data and obtain optimal diagnostic solutions bythe application of statistics and probability based AI techniques.Therefore, hospitals around the world will always be able toobtain the highest level of objective diagnostic information,regardless of country or region.
