摘要：Focuses on designing and developing of a unique virtual distributed database for the web based library network for Private Technical and Management Institutions of Orissa with a hope to set up a scholastic model of web-based library network through a web enabled Virtual Distributed Database provide web-based network services to the member libraries. Possibility of building up library cooperation among private technical and management institutions of Orissa for resource sharing system is also examine.
