摘要:With rapid progress in mobile communication and computing, the grid computing has gained immense importance in academics, industry and military. Load balancing enables in effective allotment of resources to improve the overall performance of the system. With the increase in system size, the probability of occurrence of fault becomes high. Hence, a fault tolerant model is essential in grid. In this paper, a decentralised load balancing model with fault tolerance for mobile grid computing system is proposed. Two algorithms are proposed: one for decentralized load balancing and the other for fault tolerance. The efficiency and time complexity of the proposed algorithms are found better compared to the existing works. The simulation results are reported.
