摘要：The significance of Information and Communication Technology cannot be overstressed, with ICT affecting all aspects of life such as education, entertainment, and the Internet. This paper deals with the steps and phases of implementing ideal eGovernment. The obstacles that can be expected during the realization of eGovernance are discussed along with the policy to address these barriers This work provides details of a phased approach towards realizing complete eGovernance.
