摘要：Web mining techniques have been frequently used to obtain meaningful information from the web based data. The aim of this paper is how web mining implemented to improve the hotel customer services by analyzing web-based hotel customer data. The complete work has been done by using PolyAnalyst web data mining tool. This paper demonstrates the use of web mining techniques in hotel industry.
