摘要：Day by day the flows of data is rapidly growing around us and increasing enormously, where as the number if salient features of the data is usually much smaller than the number of co-efficient in data representation. Hence to overcome this the enormous data need to be compressed to go along with the data coefficient this is called compressed sensing or compressive sampling. In this paper we have discussed the design issues of networked system for joint compression, rate control and error correction of video over resource-constrained embedded devices based on the theory of compressed sensing.
