摘要：A framework has been presented for the use of proactive and reactive protocols in scenario of mobile ad hoc network. there has been a rapid development in the field of mobile networks and mobile computing because the wide use and widely used mobile devices. MANET have very enterprising use in emergency scenarios like military operationsanddisaster relief operation where there is need of communication network immediately following some major event, or some temporary requirement like conferenceandseminar at new place where there is no earlier network infrastructure exist and need alternative solution. So it will be beneficial to select routing protocol on the basis of application. In this paper, this process of selection is analyzed between proactive and reactive AODV and DSDV on the basis of parameters: traffic, number of nodes, and packet delivery ratio (PDR), packet lost fraction (PLF), pause time and max speed.
