摘要：The conception of Cloud computing has not only reshaped thefeld of distributed systems but also fundamentally changedhow businesses potential extend today. Load balancing is a coreand challenging issue in Cloud Computing. How to use Cloudcomputing resources effciently and gain the maximum profts witheffcient load balancing algorithm is one of the Cloud computingservice providers’ ultimate goals. In this paper frstly a analysisof different Virtual Machine (VM) load balancing algorithms wasdone a new VM load balancing algorithm has been proposed andimplemented in Virtual Machine environment of cloud computingin order to achieve better response time and cost.
