摘要:Technology companies here possess skills and expertise thatare among the fnest in the business which is mainly throughTechnology Services Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcingand Knowledge Process Outsourcing. Software Outsourcingfocuses on building applications by using software componentswhich reduce cost and time of development. But in this main reasonbehind the failure of the deal is the improper or poor communicationbetween the vendors and the clients. Communication gap betweenthese two parties leads to meet the needs and requirements ofboth the parties and the project faces the failure. To make theoverall process accurate the onshore relationship with overseasservices providers has also been a part of the new strategy. Clientwould be able to communicate his needs in better way in offshoresoftware development process. In present study, the researcherfnds that, a successful outsourcing relationship is based on clearcommunication and transparency of action and through thisIndian service providers strive to make outsourcing experiencea comfortable one.
