摘要：Today, the internet is the most powerful tools throughout the world.But the explosive growth of unsolicited emails has prompted thedevelopment of numerous spam fltering techniques It needlesslyobstruct the entire system. Spammers are creating new waysagainst anti-spam technology. By the end of 2006, the nature ofspam had totally shifted. The newest of which is the image-basedspam. Traditional techniques are not suffcient to deal with theseimage spam. Combating with the image spam is a serious issuefor the entire world. Image spam has become the main form ofspam, it is a problem crying out for solutions to effectively fltersuch spam nowadays. In this paper a maximum likelihood methodhas been proposed for the classifcation of spam images.
