摘要：Web Engineering is one of the emerging areas in today’s world. It has got some similarity with Software Engineering. Web applications are having huge demand in today’s world. A dedicated website is having high impact on organization performance. Web applications can be categorized in to two categories. One is large scale web applications for Large Scale Organizations and another is small scale web application for Small Scale Organizations. This paper proposes a model which can be applied for the successful development of small scale web applications. Same can be extended in future for proposing a model for the development of large scale Web applications. It can be referred as a model for small scale Web engineering.
