摘要：In this paper image is encrypted using the concept of one- time pad security encryption scheme and 9’s complement approach. This technique is perfect encryption scheme. As the general tendency of an attacker is high concentration towards key breaking, therefore this approach seems to be complex in attackers view. The unique nature of one-time pad encryption scheme is that it is mathematically unbreakable. Random key stream can be used to provide keys for one-time pad continuously.
