摘要:According to the fluid flow and heat transfer process in the crude oil-water steam mixer, the fluid flow model and the mathematical model of phasechange heat transfer in the mixed structure of heat exchanger are established. Through numerical simulation, the heat transfer characteristics of tangential entry of crude oil and the oblique intersection of crude oil and water steam in the pipe are analyzed. The effects of water steam production and its parameters on the heating effect of crude oil are analyzed. The phase-change heat transfer characteristics of crude oil and water steam under different mixed structures are pointed out. The distribution of oil phase, water steam phase and condensate phase in the mixed structure was obtained. The results show that the water steam injected at high speed is beneficial to the mixing of crude oil and water steam. The higher the water steam injection velocity, the stronger the ability to spray to the center of the mixer. The temperature distribution in the mixer is more uniform. When the water vapor velocity reaches 55.5m/s, the latent heat released by water steam is the most, the condensation water reaches the maximum value and the heating effect of crude oil is the best.
