  • 摘要:Forest fires change many features in forest ecosystems such as soil properties. This study investigated the effects of forest fire on soil physical (clay, sand, silt, bulk density, field capacity, wilting point and plant available water) and soil chemical (organic matter, CaCO_3, pH, EC and agregat stability index) parameters in newly fired ecocsystem, Cankiri, Turkey. Sand and bulk density being soil physical parameters showed best description in order to negative effect of forest fires and were significantly important (P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively). In all soil chemical parameters, only EC parameters was significantly important (P<0.05) for reflecting forest fire. Severity of fire can be classified as low and high intensity. In this study, having low intensity fire in research area decreased the negative effects of forest fire.
