摘要:This study aimed to employ the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) to describe the patients with Parkin- Son5S disease, including the difficulties on the body level and in daily activities and the most relevant environmental factors.Sixty patients were enrolled. Information on functioning and disability were collected following the Dr Leonardi5S 60 ICF codes. 4 scales were used for comparison including IADL, UPDRS, WEBSTER and Hoehn-Yahr. Multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between the ICF categories and the 4 scales.Total 18 ICF categories were identified, including 5 items from body functions, 9 from the component of activities and participation, 2 from body structures, and 2 from environmental factors. Among body functions, sleep function, emotional function and involuntary movements were correlated highly with the 4 scales. Among activities and participation, several difficulties were reported. Among body structures, structure of lower extremity and structure of the eye and ear were reported. The environmental factor categories were mostly reported as facilitators, particularly those connected with health care.In this study, we identified 18 ICF codes, which can serve as a supportive frame to help clinicians evaluate the influence factors for PD patients.
