摘要：The differences in nutrient composition between sea rice and ordinary rice were compared by measuring the amino acid, vitamin and mineral content of sea rice. The results showed that the total amino acid content of sea rice was higher than that of ordinary rice, and the content of various vitamins was also significantly higher than that of ordinary rice. For mineral content, the iodine and selenium mineral elements of sea rice are significantly higher than ordinary rice, and the phosphorus content is close to that of ordinary rice. The remaining mineral content is significantly lower than that of ordinary rice.
