  • 摘要:Magnetization anti-scaling technology has been applied in many industries due to its own characteristics. However, due to the special and complex production environment and structural mechanism of oilfield sewage, it is rarely used in the actual field. Based on the study of the mechanism of magnetization scale inhibition and scale prevention and the physical and chemical properties of magnetized solution, the parameters of magnetization scale inhibition for oilfield sewage are presented in this paper, which are the basic parameters (magnetic field direction, magnetic field intensity of magnetization and scale inhibition device, the time of magnetic treatment, the temperature of magnetic treatment and the time of placing after treatment) and the process parameters (cationic content, anionic content, pH value, residual oil content and bacterial content) were reviewed. The recommended water quality index for magnetic treatment of oilfield wastewater is obtained. Finally, the research and development direction of magnetization treatment technology for oilfield sewage is prospected. It can be concluded that the treatment of oilfield injected water according to the above process indexes can indeed achieve obvious scale inhibition and sterilization effect.
