摘要:This work reports an experimental study on supercritical water oxidation of oilfield wastewater. The effects of temperature, residence time, oxidation ratio, pressure are analyzed. The results show that considerable conversion can happen at relatively low preheat temperature, while increase in temperature will significantly promote the complete conversion. The TOC removal increases with the residence time but there is an upper limit due to the stronger dependence on oxidation ratio. Pressure has positive influence on the conversion. The results showed that SCWO can effectively remove organic compounds and the best TOC removal is up to 97.66%. Reaction temperature, residence time, pressure and oxidation ratio are the important factors that affect TOC removal, and the cross-test range analysis shows that the effect of the experimental parameters on the TOC removal rate from large to small is: reaction temperature > pressure > oxidation ratio > residence time.
