  • 摘要:Iris lactea is an important saline-alkaline indicator plant in Songnen Saline-alkali grassland. In order to explore the species of AM fungi which are dominant in the rhizosphere of Iris lactea and the effects of these fungi on salt-tolerant physiology of Petunia hybrida, the method of morphological identification and molecular biology identification were used to identify the dominant AM fungi in the rhizosphere of Iris lactea and the identification results were Funneliformis mosseae and Rhizophagus intraradices. Then the two dominant species and their mixtures were inoculated separately into the Petunia hybrida, followed by the NaCl treatments at concentration of 0.00%, 0.20%, 0.40%, 0.60%, 0.80%. The results showed that inoculation of AM fungi could increase the antioxidant enzyme activity, reduce the accumulation of malondialde- hyde and proline, increase the content of soluble protein and chlorophyll, increase the water content of tissue, decrease the water saturation loss to improve the water use efficiency. Therefore, under the salt stress, inoculation of AM fungi can improve the growth of Petunia hybrida. Iris lactea is a crucial plant in Songnen saline-alkali grassland and it is significant to research the function of dominant AMF in its rhizosphere, so in this experiment, the dominant AMF were inoculated into Petunia hybrida to investigate their effect on plant salt- tolerance and provide guidance for the application of ornamental plant - arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiotic system in the saline alkali greening.
