摘要：Explanatory and explorative this study investigates effective demographic factors of district, gender, age, income, number of employees, occupational health and safety unit in the organization work accident and the use of protective materials and warning plates on the application of occupational health and safety activities in the organization as a field study in the agriculture sector in the province of Mardinthrough 5-Likert Scale survey of 34 items. The findings point out that following legislation, performing OHS research and accident analysis, use of person-business integration to prevent work accidents, recording work accidents regularly and adequately, and educating workers related to OHS have the most variation in terms of participants' response and demographic factors (including district, gender, age, income, number of employees, existence of occupational health and safety unit in the organization, accident experience) except the use of protective materials and warning plates were found to be significant at the 0.05 alpha level on some or all of these highly variate items, which were also found to have positive significant correlation with each other's. The results also reflect the need for the awareness and application of occupational health and safety activities professionally in the sector.
