  • 摘要:Under simulated soil conditions, the plate colony counting method and the bio-carbon analysis method were used to study the soil microbial community and functional diversity of rice cultivated land. The results of AWCD analysis showed that each treatment showed 72-120 h incubation period. The higher efficiency of carbon source utilization, butachlor has a growth-promoting effect on microorganisms at low and medium concentrations, and has an inhibitory effect in high concentration. With the prolongation of culture time, the promotion and inhibition of butachlor on microorganisms gradually slow down to disappear completely. Principal component analysis of community diversity and carbon source utilization in 96 h soil samples was carried out. The Shannon index and Simpson index analysis showed that the application of butachlor could have a negative impact on the carbon source utilization ability of high-yield paddy soil microbial communities. The concentration of the drug is the direct cause of the concentration of the carbon source utilization capacity of the microbial community and the reduction in the number of available carbon sources and the higher the concentration, the shorter the time required for the change to occur. The results of the main component analysis showed that the application of butachlor could lead to the change of carbon source utilization ability of high-yield paddy soil microbial community. The medium-low concentration changed rapidly and the high concentration changed slowly. With the natural degradation of butachlor, the pesticide to the microbial community the impact of carbon source utilization has gradually subsided.
