摘要：Aiming at the enterprise with multiple variety and small lot production, based on the production plan from ERP, the monthly shipment amount can be predicted by designing and optimizing the related factors properly. The economic lot-size, the safety stock, the production interval and the production load evaluation are used in the decision of the production plan effectively, which makes the execution of the production plan accurate and makes the resources utilized efficiently.
