摘要:AbstractIn this paper a near time-optimal two two-staged flatness based feed-forward controller is developed for the filling process of a hydraulic clutch system within an automatic gearbox. The filling phase significantly affects the shift quality and therefore is a crucial part of gearbox control. Two reduced physical models of the hydraulic actuation system are developed for the two stages of the filling phase. For both models a flat output can be found and the differential parametrization is computed symbolically. Subsequently, a near time optimal trajectory for the flat outputs is generated using an online trajectory generator. A simulation study shows the performance of the controller under different working conditions.
