摘要：The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is currently unlocking new possibilities in terms of automation and improvement of existing business processes. Service is currently one of the key areas that are being affected by it and, while many use cases are proposed, their operational implementation often remains a challenge. This paper, focusing on the impact of information transparency on the formulation of an effective maintenance plan, is proposing a progressive implementation roadmap for a dynamic failure mode, effect and criticality analysis (FMECA), according to the digital maturity of the organization.
