摘要:Multiple lead times, coupled with demand uncertainties, make the dynamic control and management of supply chain networks rather challenging. To this end, a difference equation-based state space model is developed and transformed for a supply chain network with multiple retailers and multiple manufacturers. A state-space augmentation technique is employed to transform the model, which facilitates the solution by existing robust control methods. The effectiveness of our method is verified numerically with a automobile case. The numerical results show that order and inventory fluctuations can be substantially mitigated.
