摘要：Online evaluation for the service capability of cloud manufacturing service suppliers is the key to efficient service matching. This paper proposes a method for real-time online evaluation of supplier’s service capability using data from performance test of machine tool. First of all, cloud platform needs to collect data from performance test of supplier’s machine tools; secondly, evaluate performance of machine tool based on these data; thirdly, evaluate processing stability of machine tool in combined with historical data; and then, calculate machine tool’s comprehensive score based on the results of performance test and processing stability; lastly, evaluate supplier’s service capability according to the number of supplier’s machine tools and the comprehensive score of each machine tool. It has reference value for many services in cloud manufacturing, such as matching supply with demand, tracking execution process of service and feedback adjustment.
