摘要：In recent years, the importance given tothe logistics sector has increased due to both its impact on national economiesand its contribution to competitiveness. It is observed that commercialactivities of countries with high logistics performance have also improved. Inthis study, it is aimed to evaluate the logistics performance of OECD countriesin an integrated way by using multi criteria decision making methods. Countrydata are obtained from the logistics performance indicators included in thereports issued by the World Bank. The importance of the logistics performancecriteria within the scope of the study was calculated by SWARA method and thelogistics performance of the countries was analyzed by EDAS method. Accordingto the results of the application, the most important criteria are determinedas logistics service quality, infrastructure and international shipment. It isconcluded that the countries with the highest logistics performance areGermany, the Netherlands and Sweden, respectively.Son yıllarda, hem ülkelerin ulusalekonomilerinde oluşturduğu etki hem de rekabet gücüne katkısı sebebiylelojistik sektörüne verilen önem artmıştır. Lojistik performansı yüksek olan ülkelerinticari faaliyetlerinin de gelişmiş olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada çokkriterli karar verme yöntemleri bütünleşik olarak kullanılarak, OECDülkelerinin lojistik performanslarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Ülkelere ilişkin veriler Dünya Bankası tarafından yayımlanan raporlarda yeralan lojistik performans göstergelerinden elde edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında yeralan lojistik performans kriterlerinin önem ağırlıkları SWARA yöntemi ilehesaplanmış, ülkelerin lojistik performansları ise EDAS yöntemiyle analizedilmiştir. Uygulama sonuçlarına göre, en önemli kriterler lojistik hizmetkalitesi, altyapı ve uluslararası sevkiyat olarak belirlenmiştir. Lojistikperformansı en yüksek olan ülkelerin ise sırasıyla Almanya, Hollanda ve İsveçolduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
