摘要：Professional ethical behaviors of the teacherare important for the development of the student in every aspect who are takingrole model of their teachers. Within the scope of the research, it was aimed todevelop a valid and reliable scale. The sample of the study consists of 394secondary school teachers working in Denizli province Turkey. In addition, datawere collected from 276 secondary school teachers for the confirmatory factoranalysis. Data were analyzed by using principal components analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and other reliability evidences. Descriptivestatistics, independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis were used todetermine the differences between their perceptions. According to the resultsof the study, the valid and reliable scale with a one-dimensional structure wasdeveloped. When teachers' perceptions are examined, the majority of them thinkthat their colleagues behave ethically inside and outside the school. It wasalso determined that these perceptions differ according to gender andseniority.Öğretmenin mesleki etik davranması kendisini rolmodel alan öğrencinin her yönden gelişimi için önemlidir. Araştırma kapsamındageçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanınörneklemini Denizli ilinde görev yapan 394 ortaokul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır.Ayrıca ölçeğin doğrulayıcı faktör analizi için 276 kişilik ortaokulöğretmeninden veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde temel bileşenler analizi,doğrulayıcı faktör analizi kullanılmış ve diğer güvenirlik kanıtlarıhesaplanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin algıları arasındaki farklılaşmayı ortaya koymakiçin betimsel istatistiklerden, bağımsız örneklemler t-testi ve tek yönlü ANOVAanalizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre tek boyutlu biryapıya sahip geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerinalgıları, meslektaşlarının okul içinde ve dışında etik davrandığı yönündedir.Ayrıca bu algıların cinsiyete ve kıdeme göre farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir.
