摘要:The study is carried out to determine the influence of shift-work system in civil aviation sector on turnover intention and the mediating role of work-life balance in this causality relationship. For this purpose, a field research is executed after the literature review by means of a questionnaire method on 256 employees of a ground service company with 517 employees in Antalya Airport. The data obtained from the questionnaires have been analyzed by means of the SPSS 22 and the PROCESS methodology (β= .49; p0.05). When the significance of this intercourse was examined by Sobel (1982) test, it has been determined that the mediating role on the relationship between work life balance, shift work system and intention to leave was statistically significant (z= 5,29, p 0.05). Bu aracılık ilişkisi, Sobel (1982) testiyle incelendiğinde iş yaşam dengesinin, vardiyalı çalışma sistemi ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişki üzerindeki aracılık etkisinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu saptanmıştır (z= 5,29, p<0.01).
