摘要:Qualitative changes suffered by the substantial educational system under the umbrella of curricular reforminvolving a fundamental change designed and achieved at the level of the education / education system in itsorientation (change of finality), in its structure (basic, material, relationship, leadership) and in the content of thetraining process (change of the curriculum, of the school / pre-university programs).In this context, it is necessary to rethink and restructure the process of physical education and professionaleducation (high schools with a tourism oriented profile), in accordance with the requirements and exigencies of theprofessional profiles for which the students are training.The actuality of these actions is obvious, since in high school at the same year of study the same physicaleducation program applies without this being correlated with the qualifications and specializations the graduates willgain in the future.The content of the school curricula and of the physical education lessons in professional education shouldprovide its students with the development of basic and specific motor skills in order to successfully integratethemselves into the labor market.Objective. The aim of the research is to investigate the level of psycho-trainer training of 10th grade students,vocational training, qualification of hotel workers, following a modular program of physical education adapted tothe requirements of professional profiles.Methods. In the research we used the method of pedagogical observation, the questionnaire method and theopinion poll and the experimental method.Results. The results obtained showed that the operational structures used by us in the modular curriculumcontribute to the formation of motor skills of a structure close to the professional ones, contributing to the increaseof the work efficiency, to the training of the body for variable demands - specific to the profession, but also to thecompensation of the stressful states.Conclusions. It is necessary for the physical education teacher to know the elements of the professions for thetrades for which the pupils are trained and to orient their planning and teaching contents in order to develop thespecific skills necessary for the profession of the graduates in tourism.
