  • 摘要:The paper evaluates the effect of the surface treatment on the strength of the single‑lap adhesive joints made of theC45 steel. The samples were joined using an adhesive composition consisting of Epidian 57 epoxy resin and PACcuring agent. The study also used Greinplast mosaic plaster with a grain size of 1.0–1.6 mm as coating. The experi‑ment was carried out for 3 variants of joints: sheet/sheet, sheet+plaster/sheet+plaster, sheet/sheet+plaster. Each vari‑ant was divided into 3 methods of surface treatment. The strength tests were carried out on the Zwick/Roell Z150testing machine. The roughness parameters of the surface’s samples were measured using a HOMMEL TESTERT1000 profilometer.
