摘要:The effects of conditioning in situ bioaugmentation with S0/Fe2+ on sludge dewaterability as well as its mechanism were investigated in this study. The capillary suction time (CST), solid content (SC) of the dewatered sludge cake were applied to evaluate the dewatering performance of sludge. The results revealed that biological conditioning with S0/Fe2+ effectively improved sludge dewatera- bility due to the decrease of pH. High CST reduction (50.9 %) and SC increase (62.4 %) were obtained at the optimal ratio of S0/Fe2+ 3: 7 resulted in the reduction of pH (to 2.74) after 6 days’ treatment. High throughput sequencing indicated that Aci- docella, Nitrospira, Alicyclobacillus, and Rhodanobacter are the predominant bacteria genera in the treatment groups which played a critical part in the biological conditioning process. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes was used to predict the metabolic pathways for 16S rRNA marker gene sequences, and carbohydrate, amino acid and energy metabolism were important in the biological conditioning.
