  • 摘要:There arc many fungal diseases observed in pro and post harvest in plants. Boiryiis cinerea and Al-tentaria alleniaia are belong to these fungal diseases. For a long time fungicides arc used to prevent these fungal diseases. Because fungicides have some negative effects on hiimcin and environmental health, cause resistance and give rise to the problem of residues in agriculniral products, the use of environment-friendly biological prq^arations has gained im-portancc. In this study; The effect of 3 different isolates (ET 4, ET 14 ve NT 1)of TrichoJenna harzi-anum, and 9 different isolates of BmUIus mega-terium (TV 3D), Bacillus substilis (TV 6F, TV 17C, CP 1),Pacnib(jci/liis/)〇lym.xa (TV 12E). Bocillus (v reus (TV 85 D), Pseudomonas fhwrescens (AR 9), Pattfoca aggbmerans (RK 19) und Pseuebmonas fluorescens Biotip F (MF 3) were tested against 3 different isolates (ET 59, ET 62 ve ET 63) of B. cinerea and 1 isolate of A. alteniala (ET 61)by dual culture method in in vitro conditions. According to the results of the study; the most effective fungal isolate was ET 4 against B. cinerea (85.73%) and A. al-terttaia (70.47%). The percentage inhibition rate of T. harziatnnn isolates against B. cinerea is determined to be higher compared with A. aheniata in in vitro conditions. The antagonistic effect of bioagent bacteria has been shown at difTcrcnt levels, too. The most effective bacterial isolates were TV 6F (95.24%) for ET 59. TV 85D for ET 61(64.29%). ET 62 (80.36%) and ET 63 (71.43%). It will be planned to these quite promising bioagents bacteria and fiingi and their formulations tested on fruits in storage conditions, too.
