摘要:Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense is an important species to study the evolution of chordatcs and has important scientific value. Based on the survey data, the effect of sediment environment on tlie habitat density of Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtau-ense were studied in Changli Nature Reserve in spring (May) and summer (August) of 2017. The results showed that Branchiostoma belcheri tsingfan-ense mainly distributed in sandy sediment in the study area. The median particle size ranged from 200 to 300 jim. When the sulfide content in sediment was below 60 mg/kg and the organic carbon content was between 0.03 and 0.1%, Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense was more favorable for survival and reproduction.
