摘要:A novel Z-scheme mpg-C3N4/Mo03 photocatalyst has been successfully prepared via impregnation method in ethanol. The microstructure and composition structure of as-obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results demonstrated that the mesopo- rous graphitic carbon nitride (mpg-C3N4) was successfully dispersed on surface of the molybdenum trioxide (Mo03). The mpg-C3N4/Mo03 composites exhibited the satisfactory photodegradation performance for organic dye methylene blue (MB). The 5% mpg-C3N4/Mo03 displayed the best photodegradation efficiency of 95%, and its photocurrent intensity was much higher than pure Mo03, which indicates the preferable separation of charge carriers. Furthermore, the enhancement of visible-light photodegradation performance in the mpg-C3N4/Mo03 was attributed to direct Z-scheme mechanism confirmed by trapping experiment and electron spin-resonance spectroscopy (ESR).
