摘要:Recently, extensive studies have widely fabricated and demonstrated that organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite-type solar cells have the superior optoelectronic properties. We explore the optical properties and stability of mixed halide perovskites. We conclude that due to light scattering induced by the silicon nanorod, the silicon nanorod array effectively reduced the reflectance in the UV-Visible range compared with that of the planar Si wafer. The light absorption of sample was reduced, which caused the inferior performance of the film-based solar cells.
